A physical-mathematical model is formulated and the conditions for the occurrence of self-excited oscillations of acoustoelectronic and piezoelectric transducers are determined. Resonance interaction of electromechanical transducers with a source of external electrical excitation is considered in the general case. It is shown, by analogy with mechanical oscillations, that it is best to use “shock-vibration” and recombination resonances to increase electromechanical coupling.
