摘要
We analyze and synthesize the results of evaluation of the characteristics of crack-growth resistance of materials subjected to sustained static or cyclic loading in hydrogen-containing media. Our attention is mainly given to the methodological aspects of experimental procedures used for the evaluation of these characteristics. We describe basic schemes of loading and design of the specimens and analyze testing techniques. The applicability of the proposed experimental procedures is checked for steels used in hydrogen power engineering.
