Cervical tracheal disruption is a rare injury seen more commonly with penetrating than with blunt trauma. In blunt trauma, patients present with subtle findings of airway disruption without airway compromise or may present in extremes. This case report describes a complete cervical tracheal disruption presenting with an apparently intact airway.
