Advanced three-phase electromagnetic ac motors based on electromagnetic gate-inductor motors are proposed. The concept of development and the constructive scheme of a three-phase electromagnetic ac motor are given. Advantages of the proposed motors compared to asynchronous motors are shown. © 2009 Allerton Press, Inc.
