摘要：
Die Laparoskopie ist ein etabliertes diagnostisches, aber kaum therapeutisch genutztes Verfahren beim Abdominalhoden. Zumeist wird offen-chirurgisch oder laparoskopisch assistiert vorgegangen. Im Rahmen einer retrospektiven Datenanalyse präsentieren wir unsere Ergebnisse zum laparoskopisch einaktigen Vorgehen ohne Gefäßklippung und zum zweizeitigen Verfahren mit initialer Durchtrennung der Spermatikalgefäße.
