Andrei Kelarev and Cheryl Preager gave necessary and sufficient conditions for Cayley graphs of semigroups to be vertex-transitive and undirected respectively in [10], [11]. In this paper we obtain a complete description of all vertex-transitive Cayley graphs of bands.
