Nut midline carcinomas are uncommon carcinomas characterized by chromosomal rearrangements that involve the gene encoding the nuclear protein of the testis (NUT). This article reviews the clinicopathologic features of these malignancies. Ancillary testing is discussed as well as the pathologic differential diagnosis. © 2010 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.
