摘要：
Schrittmachertherapie bei Patienten mit Vorhofflimmern bedeutet zunächst optimierte Schrittmachertherapie in der Behandlung bradykarder Herzrhythmusstörungen, um das Auftreten von Vorhofflimmern zu verhindern bzw. trotz rezidivierenden Vorhofflimmerns im DDD-Modus zu stimulieren. Die erweiterte Anwendung sind neue Stimulationstechniken, um medikamentös therapierefraktäre atriale Tachyarrhythmien zu behandeln.
