摘要
The characteristics of hot-melt adhesives based on poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetates) are discussed. Polyisocyanate is used as an adhesion promoter. The optimum content of filler (talc) is determined and its effect on the structure and properties of hot-melt adhesives is studied. It is found that talc acts as a sorbent located in a weak boundary layer and affects the mutual solubility of components, which is accompanied by an increase in the degree of crystallinity and the elastic modulus. Based on experimental results regarding the properties of hot-melt adhesives for filled and unfilled systems, it is shown that talc can be efficiently used as a filler to the extent of 10%. The mechanical properties and performance characteristics of the hot-melt adhesives developed are presented.
