Sequestration of the inner ear is an unusual complication of chronic suppurative otitis media. More so when not associated with a cholesteatoma. We report a rare case of tubotympanic disease producing multiple complications including a cochlear sequestrum. © Association of Otolaryngologists of India 2006.
