摘要
Abstract: The second part of the review presents modern ideas about vision of the role of Epac proteins in the regulation of inotropic and rhythmic functions of the heart, intercellular coupling of cardiomyocytes and their apoptosis. The contribution of Epac proteins to the development of hypertrophy, fibrosis, and myocardial remodeling, as well as their role in the genesis of acute ischemic damage to the heart muscle and cardiac arrhythmias, is examined in detail. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
