摘要
This research has aimed to improve the random laser performance in RhB dye using plasmonic-perovstic BiFeO3@Au and Au@BiFeO core shell nanoparticles as scatterer centers taking into account the effect of laser ablation time. Nanoparticles were created by laser ablation in liquid and blended in a dye solution. These NPs were produced by the first harmonic of the Q-switched Nd: YAG laser with fixed energy at 100 mJ, the repetition rate of 10 Hz, and a pulse width of 5 ns. At a longer laser ablation time, our results demonstrated a clear improvement in the random laser’s characteristics. In addition, the laser had better action with the Au@ BiFeo3 morphology than with the BiFeO3@Au morphology.
