Using projective metric geometry we develop a technique to describe homogeneous 3-dimensional metrics on cone-manifolds generated by two rotations. In particular, for some cone-manifolds with singularities along 2-bridge knots and links we give explicit descriptions of all possible geometries. © 2009 Birkḧuser Verlag Basel/Switzerland.
