摘要
Mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sézary syndrome (SS) comprise the majority of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs). Despite the rarity of these diseases, new insights into the epidemiology and pathophysiology of MF/SS are rapidly emerging that should lead to improved diagnosis and treatment. Here we discuss updates on MF/SS incidence, prognosis and survival, clinical variants, disease biomarkers, pathophysiology, genetics, and disease progression. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
