Experimental investigation in heat transfer of triangular and pin fin arrays

摘要
The experiments were conducted with triangular and pin fin array at constant heat flux. Nu is determined as a function of Remax at Pr=0.7 for both sets of experiments. For each fin array, an equation is obtained to determine Nu as a function of Remax using experimental results. These regressions are accurate within the accuracy of the measurements (±15) at Remax ranging between 100 and 700.
