Up to present, finite-time synchronization of neural networks has been investigated by many researchers. However, no attempt has been done to estimate the energy cost of finite-time synchronization controller. In this article, the upper bound of the energy cost of finite time stability is investigated. Then, the energy cost of finite-time synchronization controller of two memristor-based neural networks is realized by studying the relationship between energy cost and synchronization time. Finally, some simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of theoretical results.
