Maintenance of oral health and access to dental treatment is a problem for disabled elderly people.A retrospective audit of new referrals of elderly people requiring domiciliary care in one area of West Hertfordshire Community Dental Service was carried out.The audit considered whether the demand of new domiciliary referrals was being met.
