摘要
The nanocrystalline Fe33Ge67 alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying and its formation was followed by X-ray diffraction, 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy and magnetization techniques. The room-temperature Mössbauer spectra revealed the formation of a broad single line at the expense of the area of the α-Fe sextet. Combination of the measured room-temperature saturation magnetization values together with those for the area of α-Fe sextet has shown that the consume of the α-Fe for the formation of the Fe33Ge67 alloy follows a linear relationship. Low-temperature 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy reveals the well-known antiferromagnetic ordering of the Fe33Ge67 phase and the possible existence of superparamagnetic particles of Fe33Ge67.
