In this paper, we give characterizations of the rational vertex operator algebras VLT\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}${V_{L}^{T}}$\end{document} and VLO\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}${V_{L}^{O}}$\end{document}, where L is the root lattice of type A1, T is the tetrahedral group, and O is the octahedral group. By these two characterizations, the classification of rational VOAs of central charge 1 is reduced to the characterization of VLI\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}${V_{L}^{I}}$\end{document} where I is the icosahedral group.
