摘要：
Einleitung. Dem axillären Lymphknotenstatus kommt beim Mammakarzinom aufgrund seiner prognostischen Bedeutung ein besonderer Stellenwert zu. Eine Aufgabe dieser Studie war es, die Durchführbarkeit und Verlässlichkeit der "Sentinel Node Biopsy" (SNB) im klinischen Alltag aufzuzeigen, eine weitere die Überprüfung dieses Konzeptes auch bei Patienten nach präoperativer Chemotherapie (PC) und bei multizentrischen Tumoren (MC).
