摘要
The content of water in substances and preparations based on biologically active materials determines to a considerable extent their biopharmaceutical properties and stability. A new method has been developed for separate quantitative determination of water in various bound forms in biologically active substances isolated from raw plant materials. Dihydroquercetin is used as an example to demonstrate that the proposed method is capable of determining water fractions with various degrees of binding in a sample.
