摘要
A constitution diagram for the MgO – La3TaO7 system at temperatures above 1200°C is plotted based on x-ray and infrared spectroscopy data. A LaMg2/3Ta1/3O3 compound with a perovskite structure, a cubic lattice parameter a = 7.998 ± 0.005 Å, and a congruent melting point at 1900°C is formed in the system studied.
