摘要
The modern element base of electronics requires creating and obtaining new materials which are needed downsizing and improving the characteristics of the elements. Carbon nanotubes correspond to such conditions and have already found their application in nanoelectronics and other areas: supercapacitors, solar cells, gas and biosensors, and fillers of composite materials. Carbon nanostructures can contribute to the realization of a thermoelectric converter: their addition to the cathode composition causes a decrease in the emission temperature due to the functionalization of their conductive properties. This creates the prerequisites for the mass use of this energy conversion. © 2023, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
