Abstract: We presented a generalized analytical model that considers the temporary change in the initial conditions of holographic formation because of a photo-induced change in the optical absorption of multiplexed chirped multilayer inhomogeneous holographic diffraction structures formed in a photopolymer material with a high proportion of nematic liquid crystals. Numerical calculation of the kinetics of formation and spatial profile of the first harmonic of the refractive index for each recorded grating of each layer is carried out. The results obtained demonstrate that under different recording conditions for each individual grating in each separate layer with an inhomogeneous phase front of one of the recording beams, the kinetics of formation and the spatial profile of the refractive index itself are two-dimensionally inhomogeneous. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. 2023.
