We report an unusual presentation of Ewing's sarcoma in an adult female who was treated for tuberculous chronic osteomyelitis before a diagnosis of Ewing's sarcoma was finally made. Emphasis is on the fact that these two conditions can masquerade each other with delays in diagnosis and possibility of devastating results. © Springer-Verlag 2005.
