摘要
It is shown that the way in which chemical-engineering monitoring systems are introduced at power stations, as well as their type and composition, depends on the specific features of a particular cogeneration or district power station. An analysis carried out using the Cherepet district power station as an example allowed the conclusion to be drawn that the failure rate of heating surfaces dropped by approximately 46% within 5 years, including around 23% due to the introduction of these systems. It is indicated that the effect from using these systems is the greatest if they are introduced since the moment the equipment is commissioned. © Nauka/Interperiodica 2006.
