摘要：
In this article, we review some of the effects of adenosine and products of purine metabolism on neuroplasticity under normal and pathological conditions. We mainly focus on the interaction between the A1 and A2 adenosine receptors. We also concisely describe the data that are important for the understanding of the functioning of the purinergic system.
