Distinctive features of using the method of analysis of hierarchies in estimating problems on the basis of metric criteria

This article demonstrates that, in using the method of analysis of hierarchies in estimating alternatives on the basis of metric criteria, their binary preference relations can vary. A constructive mechanism is proposed that makes it possible to eliminate this effect.
