Abstract: The influence of the chemical composition and production conditions of synthesis on the growth of ferrite films and stress relaxation is discussed. The experimental parameters of structurally sensitive properties (mechanical, magnetic, and wave properties) for films of magnesium–manganese ferrite spinels depending on the defectiveness are analyzed. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
