摘要
Presents information from a representative sample of dually qualified hygienist-therapists.Demonstrates what aspects of their work influence their levels of job satisfaction.Shows that limited therapy work means lower job satisfaction for many.Suggests that practices employing or planning to employ a hygienist-therapist should think carefully how they can fully utilise their skills.
