摘要
Alumina-zirconia eutectic composites are directionally solidified using the Stepanov (EFG) technique. The 58.6 m/o Al2O3+39.2 m/o ZrO2+2.2 m/o Y2O3 composites contain a cubic 5.6 Y-FSZ phase and the 59 m/o Al2O3+40 m/o ZrO2+1 m/o Y2O3 composites contain a tetragonal 2.5 Y-PSZ phase with a small amount of monoclinic zirconia.
