摘要：

The first partial synthesis of monodesmosidic oleanolic acid trisaccharides is described. Their haemolytic index is lower compared to the corresponding disaccharide. The influence of the linkage and the configurations of the carbohydrate units on the haemolytic activity of these saponins was investigated.
