Micronucleus and antitumor activities of two newly synthesized iodides of pyrazolo[1,5a]pyrimidines were studied on mice. Both compounds were slightly toxic and had no antitumor activity in mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma; only one of them had low micronucleus activity. Both compounds substantially increase the micronucleus as well as the antitumor activities of cyclophosphamide. © MAIK Nauka 2008.
