In this paper, Wavelet Analysis Method (WAM) is introduced to analyse the nunstationary, shock signals. The theory c.nd construction method of wavelet, the fust algorithms of wavelet analysis are presented. 'As mi example, the tn'iir ics/iug xigniil has been analysed by W AM, and the results of W'A M arc canijmrctl with tlun of Fourier spectrum. The advantages of WAM are clearly shown.
