摘要
Nowadays, consumers are no longer merely satisfied with functional use of products. They are seeking for a kind of comprehensive experience which combines multisensory factors and takes the product as the carrier. To achieve multisensory synergy experience design and to focus on multisensory characteristics and situationality of the product experience, the dynamic forming process of user experience with scenarios integrated was analyzed through perspective of cognitive processing of information. A formalized definition of product usage scenarios and multisensory channels is given and a forming model of multisensory user experience with scenarios integrated was established. Also, acquisition methodology and reduction algorithm of user experience evaluation indicators are proposed through the association map of product features, sensory channels and product usage scenarios. Finally, a set of automobile products user experience testing system was developed based on the Android platform and the feasibility of this method is verified by the application in user experience evaluation of a pre-marketing compact car. © 2016, Springer-Verlag France.
