摘要
Recyclization of N12-cytisinylethoxy derivatives of natural isoflavonoids and their analogs through the action of hydroxylamine was studied. Substituted 4-aryl-5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)isoxazoles containing cytisine and isoxazole fragments were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds were established using 2D NMR spectroscopy.
