Measurement of deeply virtual Compton scattering using the ZEUS detector at HERA *

The cross sections for deeply virtual Compton scattering in the reaction \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$ep\to e'\gamma p'$\end{document} has been measured with the ZEUS detector at HERA using integrated luminosities of 95 pb-1 of e + p and 17 pb-1 of e-p collisions. Cross sections are presented as a function of the exchanged photon virtality, Q2, and the centre-of-mass energy, W, of the \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$\gamma^*p$\end{document} system in the region \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$5 < Q^2 < 100 \text{GeV}^2$\end{document} and \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$40 < W < 140 \text{GeV}$\end{document}. The obtained results are compared to QCD-based calculations.
