We propose a seven-ion entangled channel that can be used to realize the deterministic controlled teleportation of an arbitrary three-ion state in ion-trap systems. We describe the construction of this channel and explicitly demonstrate how the protocol works. In our scheme, it does not involve Bell-state measurement and only needs to perform the single-ion measurements and single ion unitary operations.
