摘要：
A web-based, event-driven, and workflow orineted management architecture for management of modern computer networks is presented. A web-based network management system architecture built around a data storage and management module is responsible to collect data from managed objects through SNMP/CMIP, maintain these data and provides API to other modules. The web-based management provides a globally uniform user interface, which is a well-established user interface for information retrieval and for running various internet applications. It also shows the potentials to build workflow oriented management framework.
