摘要
The intensities of Mössbauer diffractions are calculated for polycrystalline samples in the kinematical limit, including interference with X-ray electronic scattering. The orientation distribution of hyperfine magnetic fields is expanded in spherical harmonics, providing a general expression for the polarization factor for magnetic dipole radiation. A comparison is made to experimental data reported recently.
