The conditions for the smallness of mesoscopic fluctuations of resonant tunneling conductance are obtained for a small S-I-S-junction with weak structural disorder in the I layer in a magnetic field parallel to its plane at temperature T = 0. © Allerton Press, Inc., 2010.
