Thermal and Deformation Processes Occurring Within a Component Surface Layer Made from Oxide-Carbide Ceramic in Contact with a Nickel Alloy Component During Heating

are provided for a study of thermal and deformation processes in a component surface layer made of oxide-carbide ceramic in contact with a ÉP741NP nickel alloy component during heating. It is established that curves describing the effect of heating time on temperature and stress at different control points of structure of the TiC–MgO–Al2O3–ÉP741NP system have three characteristic ranges. Features of thermal and deformation processes are determined in each of these ranges, and a requirement is noted for their consideration in planning equipment assemblies within whose composition there are ceramic components.
