摘要
The electric circuit of a high-frequency discharge unit for pumping semiconductor lasers and the calculation of the unit pumping regime are presented. The unit ensures a high efficiency of conversion of the power-supply energy into the pump-pulses energy at constant current amplitudes within the entire pump pulse. The transients in the circuit are analyzed, and the main parameters of the converting system at a specified current and pulse duration are determined. A control circuit ensuring a programmable current-source mode is proposed.
