摘要
With the use of the inversion method when analyzing the kinematics of the deformation center, a method for evaluating the power parameters of the drawing process in roller dies (RDs) is developed. Design formulas are obtained to determine the contact stresses and drawing stress as a function of the technological characteristics of the process and the construction of. This method can be used both to select a rational design of the roller die by the specified technological parameters of the drawing process and to find optimum paths of drawing with the application of a specific design of RDs.
