摘要
The possibility of using the light (by-product) fraction of the production of synthetic high-index low pour-point polyalphaolefin base oils based on 1-octene in the environmentally friendly nonaqueous drilling fluids used under the most difficult mining and geological conditions, including offshore drilling, was studied. It was shown that the dimeric fraction of 1-octene in its parameters meets the requirements for the dispersion media of drilling fluids.
