摘要
The influence of oil and remediation methods on soil algal cenoses was studied. The oil pollution caused the reconstruction of the soil algocenoses with the alteration of the species composition and a decrease in the number of alga cells and biomass. The diatoms and yellow-green algae turned out to be the most sensitive to the oil pollution; the cyanobacteria and green algae were less sensitive to it. The bioremediation lowered the toxic effect of the oil on the algae and restored their floristic composition on the 90th day. In the course of the whole experiment, the number of alga cells and the biomass increased. The Lenoil preparation was accepted as the most efficient.
