摘要：
Eine linksventrikuläre Hypertrophie, Dehydratation, Sepsis, Vasodilatation, exzessive Sympathikusstimulation, Perikardtamponade und operative Behandlung der atrioventrikulären Klappen sind als Ursachen einer Obstruktion des linksventrikulären Ausflusstrakts (LVOT) bekannt. Wir berichten über einen Patienten mit der seltenen Komplikation einer LVOT-Obstruktion im Rahmen einer akuten Lungenembolie.
