摘要：
Methodology for assessing the structural characteristics of fibre materials using the specific surface area of the fibres instead of their diameter is proposed. Calculated and experimental evaluation of the optical properties of fibre materials was performed on the example of monolithic and fibre samples of a fluoroplastic.
