摘要：
Die hintere Kreuzbandrekonstruktion mit dem zentralen Drittel des Lig.-patellae-Autograft in der Inlaytechnik ist ein komplikationsarmes Operationsverfahren mit gutem funktionellem Ergebnis. Der intermuskuläre Gastroknemiuszugang gewährt eine anatomische und stabile Transplantatverankerung und ermöglicht bei frischen Komplexverletzungen auch eine direkte posterolaterale oder posteromediale Kapselrekonstruktion. Des Weiteren verhindert er die dorsale Transplantatelongation sowohl beim „killer turn“ als auch am medialen Femurkondyl durch Fixation des Knochenblockes bündig an der Innenseite des medialen Femurkondyls.
