摘要
The polishing of a lithium-niobate single crystal is considered. Specifically, the influence of the applied pressure and relative speed on the productivity and the quality of the machined surface is studied. A formula is given for the total depth of the surface layer removed in finishing and the polishing time required for its removal. © 2016, Allerton Press, Inc.
